Position: Carpenter/Joiner Company: Leading Domestic Services Company Location: Central and Greater London Set Up: Self Employed Contractor / Franchisee / Business Owner Earnings: Over £65,000 per year (£1,200 - £3,500 per week, paid weekly).

This role will include working across Central and Greater London, providing top-notch installations, servicing, and maintenance solutions to a range of domestic heating systems.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute carpentry, joinery & locksmith installations, repairs, and project works within private households.

  • Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver results that exceed expectations.

  • Fabricate, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures, ensuring they adhere to quality and safety standards.

  • Fittings / Fixtures, skirtings, replacing/fixing locks.

  • Hanging doors, fitting staircases etc

  • Interpret and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications to achieve accurate results.

  • Utilize a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment to execute tasks efficiently and precisely.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, respecting clients' spaces and properties.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and craftsmanship.

  • Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment, both hand and power tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and team members effectively.

  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within London.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • You must have a Limited Company to become a partner, if you do not have one then we will assist you in this process.
