Position: Plumber - Domestic maintenance, servicing & installations. Company: Leading Plumbing & Heating Company Location: Central and Greater London Set Up: Self Employed Contractor / Franchisee / Business Owner Earnings: Over £100,000 per year (£1,500 - £3,500 per week, paid weekly).

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations, servicing, and maintenance tasks in various locations across London.

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Install, repair, and maintain a wide range of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and exceed customer expectations.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including parts used and time spent, for proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Relevant Plumbing qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent).

• Proven experience as a Plumber, with expertise in plumbing installations and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and fix plumbing issues effectively.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within London.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
