Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator
Employer: Commercial Property Maintenance Company
Location: Sutton, Greater London
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year

We are recruiting for a well-established commercial maintenance company, serving a range of clients across all trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, general fabric maintenance etc). We are seeking x2 Helpdesk Administrators to join the team, based in Sutton, Greater London.
The Helpdesk Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our ProNett system, which is used across a range of clients. You will be responsible for responding to client requests, managing work orders, scheduling appointments, and tracking progress on jobs.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal staff. You will be able to multitask, prioritise workload and work well under pressure. Experience with ProNett or a similar system would be advantageous, but not essential.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner
Manage work orders and ensure they are completed within agreed timescales
Schedule appointments for maintenance and repair work
Liaise with clients and internal staff to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard
Track progress on jobs and provide regular updates to clients and internal staff
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Experience within a property maintenance company/role would be advantageous.
Experience with ProNett or a similar system would be advantageous, but not essential.
Previous experience in a customer service or administration role would be desirable.
