Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Canary Wharf, East London
Salary: £43,500.00 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a large, industry property owner. This role is working within the commercial property services industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all electrical equipment and systems within commercial buildings, ensuring that they are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of all electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with electrical equipment and systems.
Conducting repairs and replacements of faulty or damaged electrical components.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work undertaken.
Planned and Reactive Maintenance / Minor project works.
Equipment includes: lamps, ballasts, emergency light testing, decorative lighting, LED lighting upgrades, control panel maintenance, door access systems, security access systems, sockets, circuits, transformers, induction motors, power distribution, electrical components to all HVAC / Plant equipment, power supplies to HVAC / plant equipment, basic routine maintenance across HVAC equipment, ie: coil cleans, filter changes etc (AHUs, FCUs, Splits/Multi Splits, Boilers, Chillers).
Qualifications and Experience:
City & Guilds Level 3 OR Part 2 in Electrical Installation or Equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer within the commercial property services market.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering.
