Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Reactive works | Commercial Environments | London / Greater London | circa £38 - £45K + package.
Are you a qualified Electrician with experience in commercial maintenance? Due to company expansion and new contracts coming live, we are currently recruiting for Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out predominately reactive maintenance across London, Greater London & Home Counties.
The nature of the environments are predominately retail and hospitality venues. Technical duties will involve; Electrical fault finding, lighting and lighting switching systems, external lighting, car park lighting, lamp post systems, decorative lighting, emergency lighting and LED lighting, door entry systems, intercoms and secure access systems, fire alarms, intruder alarms and monitoring systems, electrical installations, LV switch gear and other electrical devices, electrical Installation Condition Report (ECIR), portable appliance testing (PAT), isolating circuits, control panels.
Package:
£38,000 - £45,000 dependant on skillset/experience.
Company Van.
Fuel Card.
Paid overtime available.
Call out 1 in 4 weeks (£60 initial call out fee Monday - Saturday, £80 on Sundays/bank holidays).
Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm as standard basic working hours. This usually includes travelling time.
HUGE amounts of overtime, opportunity to earn £15-20K additionally per annum (optional).

21 days holiday + bank holidays. (29 days total) - rising yearly.

Requirements:
Qualified Electrician (to Part 2 / Level 3 standard or equivalent).
18th Edition
Happy to work on a fast paced, reactive basis.
Experience within any retail or hospitality environments on a reactive basis. would be ideal but not essential.
Hold a full UK driving license.
